… again 0.4.5 (affinidi-tdk-rs #974) compiles with `default-features = false`, so VGI goes back to taking only the identifier helpers. #168 had kept the default features on because 0.4.4 did not build without them, and `cargo test -p vgi-forge-forgejo` failed. Every package still checks on its own (`cargo check -p <pkg> --tests`). Signed-off-by: Glenn Gore <glenn.g@affinidi.com>

Reverts the workaround from #168. affinidi-did-common 0.4.4 didn't compile with
default-features = false, so #168 kept its default features on to fix the Forgejo integration job, which runscargo test -p vgi-forge-forgejo. 0.4.5 (affinidi-tdk-rs #974) fixes that upstream, so VGI goes back to taking only the identifier helpers it uses (thescidmodule).affinidi-did-common = { version = "0.4.5", default-features = false }cargo check -p <pkg> --testson its own, includingvgi-forge-forgejo.No version bump: this changes nothing for VGI's users, since
affinidi-tdkalready turns those features on in every full build.
