chore(deps): move to trql-client 0.28, retire the trust-tasks-trql alias - #179

trql-client 0.28 is on trust-tasks 0.34 / affinidi-tdk 0.32, the line vta-sdk 0.73 is on, so verify-trust names the workspace's single trust-tasks-rs again and the 0.32 alias node leaves the tree. Signed-off-by: Glenn Gore <glenn.g@affinidi.com>

#168 already moved the workspace to vta-sdk 0.73 / trust-tasks 0.34, keeping trql-client 0.27 behind a
trust-tasks-trqlalias on trust-tasks 0.32. trql-client 0.28 is now published on trust-tasks 0.34, so:trust-tasks-trqlalias is retired: verify-trust names the workspace'strust-tasks-rsdirectly, and the trust-tasks-rs 0.32.10 node leaves the tree.cargo tree -dshows no duplicate trust-tasks, tdk, msg-sdk, vta-sdk or trql-client.Local: clippy
