did:scid in dtg-credentials: authority/delegation presenter, issuer↔parent-subject, root/governing and acknowledgement pairing compare by DID ignoring a did:scid
src(spec trustoverip/dtgwg-vti-spec#75). New chain test; all suites, clippy and no-default-features pass.Requires (published): affinidi-did-common 0.4.4 (
scidmodule) from affinidi/affinidi-tdk-rs#965. Rebased on main; fmt/clippy clean; tests 221 passed (--all-features), 198 passed (--no-default-features).
