Removed

• The mediator moved to its own repository, affinidi/affinidi-messaging-mediator. affinidi-messaging-mediator, affinidi-messaging-mediator-common, affinidi-messaging-mediator-config, affinidi-messaging-mediator-processors, affinidi-messaging-mediator-setup, affinidi-messaging-test-mediator, affinidi-messaging-mediator-admin and affinidi-messaging-mediator-tui are no longer workspace members here; their history was extracted to the new repository, which releases them in lockstep from 0.42.0. Consumers move from mediator 0.41 / mediator-common 0.17 / test-mediator 0.22 / admin and tui 0.11 to 0.42. The mediator Docker image, composed test stack and their workflows went with them. affinidi-messaging-mediator-types (the protocol contract) stays here beside the SDK. affinidi-messaging-didcomm-service 0.21.1 loses the four end-to-end tests that ran against the embedded test mediator; they moved too.

• IETF Token Status List. affinidi-status-list 0.1.7. A token module implementing draft-ietf-oauth-status-list-21, the status mechanism SD-JWT VCs and the EUDI / swiyu profiles reference: 1/2/4/8-bit ZLIB lists with a decompression cap, the status-type registry, strict status.status_list references, and VerifiedStatusListToken::verify, which checks a statuslist+jwt signature (caller-supplied) before reading typ, sub = the referenced uri, iat and exp, and only then decompresses. Additive; the CWT form is not implemented.

Fixed

• A mediator on Vault that had used its bootstrap seed no longer refuses to start after upgrading to 0.38. affinidi-messaging-mediator 0.39.1, affinidi-messaging-mediator-common 0.17.6.

  Older mediators removed the consumed seed and its index with a KV v2 soft delete. Reading a soft-deleted key returns 404 with a body vaultrs 0.8 can't parse as an error, so the backend took it for an unreachable Vault (An error occurred with the request) instead of a missing key. The 0.38 migration reads every per-key secret, including the seed index, so it
