chore(release)!: 0.13.0 — affinidi-data-integrity 0.8 - #35

DataIntegrityProof and the data-integrity option/error types are part of this crate's API, so moving to data-integrity 0.8 (affinidi-bbs 0.4) is a breaking release. No wire change. Dev-dependency affinidi-tdk 0.16 -> 0.22. Signed-off-by: Glenn Gore <glenn.g@affinidi.com>

This moves
affinidi-data-integrityfrom 0.7 to 0.8, which usesaffinidi-bbs0.4, and releases the crate as 0.13.0.Why a breaking release:
DataIntegrityProof,SignOptions,VerifyOptionsandDataIntegrityErrorare part of this crate's API. So 0.12 and a caller on data-integrity 0.8 end up with two separate proof types. VTI is currently in exactly that position: everything else in VTI is on 0.8 (affinidi-tdk-rs #918), anddtg-credentials0.12 is the only thing still pulling in 0.7.13.What doesn't change: nothing on the wire. Credentials and proofs are byte-identical to 0.12, and there is no source change.
Also: the
affinidi-tdkdev-dependency moves from 0.16 to 0.22.The version number and CHANGELOG entry are in this PR. Once it's merged, pushing tag
v0.13.0publishes the crate.Checks run locally: fmt,
clippy --all-features -D warnings, andcargo test --all-features(213 passed).
