Every page links the icon that OpenReliant's own site publishes under /openreliant/icon/: the SVG where browsers take one, the 32-pixel PNG where they don't, and the 256-pixel PNG for a phone's home screen. The site keeps no copy of its own.

Every page of the site now shows OpenReliant's icon as its favicon. The pages link the files OpenReliant's own site publishes under
https://openreliant.github.io/openreliant/icon/(OpenReliant/openreliant#1164): the SVG where browsers take one, the 32-pixel PNG where they don't, and the 256-pixel PNG for a phone's home screen. So there is one copy of the icon, and the site follows it when it changes. The links resolve once OpenReliant/openreliant#1164 is merged and its site published.
