23 level functions Lombyte already matched, carried to PAL by OpenRAC's
tools/port.py(same code, other addresses). Each one is EXACT against its whole file, and the full build passes.THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.mdfunctional.tsvrows pointing at them (one more,func_L09_00306DD8, was dangling already)Left out:
