[UI] Enable strict checking for QueryHistoricTimeseriesDataRequest

Changes

• Enable strict checking for QueryHistoricTimeseriesDataRequest.
• Use regular constructor parameters instead of creating and deleting
  temporary instance properties.
• Preserve date formatting, timezone detection, channel conversion,
  and resolution parameters.
• Correct the documented timezone type from Number to String.
