fix(models): align Claude catalog and adaptive effort controls

Summary

Expose the current Claude catalog consistently in the bundled registry, fallback provider catalog, and model picker. New Claude families retain the selected effort level and use adaptive thinking without unsupported sampling parameters.

Context

• User request: finish useful model/effort changes from the saved primary worktree.
• Scope: five API, core, and TUI files. Existing model IDs and the current layout are preserved.
• Limits and capabilities were checked against Anthropic's model overview and Sonnet 5.5 documentation.

Changes

• Add seven bundled Claude entries, retain all 23 existing entries, and align fallback token limits.
• Correct Sonnet 5.5 cache-read pricing and Sonnet 4.6 output capacity.
• Recognize Opus 5 and Sonnet 5 families for adaptive requests and picker effort controls.
• Add regression coverage for model retention, metadata, request serialization, and effort confirmation.

Validation

All Cargo commands used the stable toolchain with CARGO_INCREMENTAL=0.

• cargo test --workspace: 2,136 passed, 7 ignored
• cargo test --workspace --lib current_claude: eight passed; seven failed before the production fix and the retention guard already passed.
• Controlled 100x32 tmux: selected Sonnet 5.5 and Opus 5.5, cycled to Max, and confirmed the displayed selection. Isolated configuration; no live provider request.
• Independent spec and quality reviews passed.

PR Readiness

• Diff is limited to the intended five files.
• Generated version/lock files were not edited.
• Picker descriptions reflect the catalog update.
• No secrets, credentials, local paths, or unrelated logs are included.
• Live provider authentication/request testing is outside this catalog correction; request shape is covered by serialization tests.
