Repin the harness authority to #457's merge commit (v0.0.5) - #462

#457 bumped Chat to 0.0.5 in src-tauri/Cargo.toml and src-tauri/Cargo.lock, production deltas governed by harnessAuthority. Pin harness.revision and harnessAuthority to its merge commit d533878 with both files' new blobs and digests, so main's "Phase 1 authority is current" check passes again before v0.0.5 is tagged.
