feat(webui): add eQ-3 keyserver connectivity status - #297
The CGI file is based on the tested OpenCCU WebUI version with existing rootfs adjustments. This may introduce changes beyond the new keyserver check compared with the current OpenCCU-Base version and should be reviewed in the context of the ongoing rootfs patch migration.

Walkthrough
The device pairing page adds interface availability handling and key-server connectivity status. It also converts local HmIP key and serial input to uppercase and stops install mode on inbox navigation only for interfaces reported present.
Changes: Device pairing page
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Interface availability and install-mode cleanup www/config/cp_add_device.cgi
The page displays an unavailable-interface row until a section is shown or the interface is detected. Inbox navigation stops BidCos-RF and HmIP-RF install mode only when the corresponding interface is present.
Key-server reachability status www/config/cp_add_device.cgi, www/webui/js/lang/de/translate.lang.js, www/webui/js/lang/en/translate.lang.js
The page checks the configured key-server host and port. It displays translated checking, reachable, unreachable, or failed-check status. Reachable and unreachable results use green and red styling.
Local HmIP input formatting www/config/cp_add_device.cgi
The local key and serial inputs convert entered text to uppercase while preserving the cursor position.

The unavailable-interface row uses ${dialogNewDevicesUNAVAILWarn} at www/config/cp_add_device.cgi:74. No file under www/webui/js/lang defines this key, including the German and English dictionaries. The warning text can therefore be missing when no interface is available. Add the key to both supported language dictionaries, translate.lang.js and translate.lang.extension.js.

Review comment at @www/config/cp_add_device.cgi at line 74:
Add the missing dialogNewDevicesUNAVAILWarn translation key to both supported
language dictionaries, translate.lang.js and translate.lang.extension.js, so the
unavailable-interface warning has text in English and German.

@MichaelN0815 Understood. Given the origin in 0039-WebUI-Fix-Style-Glitches, addressing dialogNewDevicesUNAVAILWarn separately during the rootfs patch migration is reasonable. I will not request that change as part of the keyserver connectivity feature.
The translation concern remains deferred, not confirmed fixed. Would you like me to open a follow-up GitHub issue?

Learning: In OpenCCU/OpenCCU-Base, the migration of rootfs patch 0147 into src/webui/www/config/cp_software.cgi must preserve 1:1 equivalence with the OpenCCU rootfs patch. Functional corrections must go into the upstream patch first, then into the native migration.

Learning: In OpenCCU/OpenCCU-Base, PRs that migrate OpenCCU rootfs patches 1:1 must preserve the source patch's behavior. For such migrations, correct pre-existing defects in the source patch in OpenCCU/OpenCCU first, then update the migration after the upstream fix merges.

Store the presence result when the fallback check succeeds.
When showSection shows a section after the Interface.isPresent fallback, it does not record that interface as present. OnInbox reads the same body data to decide whether to stop BidCos-RF install mode. Until the interface monitor records the value, teach-in can stay active after Inbox is selected. The monitor normally records the value shortly after page load, so the window is narrow.

jQuery('#section'+section).show();

Review comment at @www/config/cp_add_device.cgi around lines 758 - 759:
Update showSection so that when the Interface.isPresent fallback succeeds, it
records that interface as present in the body data before showing its section;
preserve the existing section-display behavior so OnInbox can read the presence
result and stop BidCos-RF install mode.

@MichaelN0815 Understood. I agree that this concern belongs in a separate follow-up, not in the keyserver connectivity change.
The existing repository guidance requires rootfs patch migrations to preserve behavior 1:1. Any correction should go into the OpenCCU source patch first, then into the migration.
This finding is deferred, not fixed. Would you like me to open a GitHub issue for the follow-up?
