  • 挂靠目标变化时取消挂靠的逻辑从界面层拖拽回调移入 ScriptChainConfig.reorder，拖拽排序和菜单移动共用，规则不变。

测试

• 临时脚本验证：复制插入位置、Python 文件复制、置顶后挂靠取消、上下移、越界下标、存盘后重新加载。
• offscreen 下构造卡片触发右键菜单：菜单项、禁用状态、发出的信号正确。
• 未在 Windows 上实际运行 GUI 手动点击验证。
