Resolve conflicts with development and fix Paid Labor Cost chart readability. Conflict resolutions: - LossTrackingLineChart: keep the custom tooltip and the fixed-height chartArea (legend grows the card instead of squeezing the plot); adopt development's date-keyed displayLabel x-axis. Drop responsiveChartBox, which collapses without a fixed wrapper height, and a stray "..." that rendered as text in the filter row. - InjuryCategoryBarChart: port the 2-column filter layout (Injury types on its own row, single column <= 480px) onto development's scoped classes. - WeeklyProjectSummary: take development's API-backed Project Status (loading/error states, per-metric change colors, unavailable tooltips); keep the value sizing, full-width grid and auto-width pill. Remove the now-unused CostPredictionChart import and changeUp/changeDown styles. Paid Labor Cost (Labor and Time Tracking): - Fix bar labels being multiplied by 1000 ($50,000 shown as $50,000,000). - Use compact labels ($52k) that rotate upward on narrow bars and are skipped when a bar is too thin, so labels no longer overlap. - Replace the 22-entry Chart.js legend with a per-task HTML legend below the chart (click to show/hide a task) plus an Actual/Budget key. - Give the chart container a real responsive height so the plot isn't squashed (320-460px, 300px on phones).
