The Docker image's distroless `nodejs24-debian12` base stopped receiving Node updates at 24.14.0. The published image never picked up the NSS 3.131.1 root certificate update from nodejs/node#66877, nor the security releases since. The image now uses Node 24.22.1 (Alpine build stages pinned to the tag, distroless `debian13` runtime pinned by digest).

Docker Hub shows the repository overview rather than image labels. A new publish step pushes a short overview with the deprecation notice on every push to main. README.md exceeds Docker Hub's 25,000-byte limit; the overview lives in `docs/DOCKERHUB.md`. The step needs `DOCKERHUB_TOKEN` to have write access to the repository description.

…ge deprecated on Docker Hub

The distroless debian12 base stopped receiving Node updates at 24.14.0; the image never picked up
the NSS 3.131.1 root certificate update (nodejs/node#66877) or later security releases.
