Summary
Ports a fix previously merged in MUIOGO.
-Uses stable row IDs when validating grid values for uniqueness, preventing the edited row from being treated as a duplicate after sorting, adding, deleting, or filtering rows.
Testing
-Verified grid uniqueness validation after sorting and editing rows.
-Unique names are accepted, while actual duplicate names are rejected.
