The module needed no code changes: `_recurring_create_invoice`, the company
flag and the settings view all carry over to 19.0 unchanged.

- Bump the version to 19.0.1.0.0.
- Drop `migrations/18.0.1.0.1/`. That script sets the new company flag for
  databases upgrading inside 18.0; it is keyed to an 18.0 version number and
  can never run on 19.0.
- Regenerate README.rst and the description page, which pointed at the 18.0
  branch, Weblate component and runboat target.
- `ruff-format` collapsed the implicit string concatenation in the author key.
