The public homepage still shows event details that are being updated. Replace those sections with the Fallstack countdown landing from the approved Figma frame.
The countdown targets 17 November 2026 at 08:30 Europe/Lisbon, displays separate day/hour digit cards, supports Portuguese and English, and stays at zero after expiry. Use the original exported 2026 artwork and simplified NEI footer logo. Hide account navigation, app links and install prompts on the homepage while preserving controls on application/profile pages.
Validation: 333 tests passed with isolated PostgreSQL and deployed migrations; lint, typecheck, production build, Prisma validation and changed-file secret scans passed. Production homepage returned HTTP 200 in both languages. Desktop and 375px mobile layout, live timer and footer checked in Helium.
Physical-device installed PWA was not tested. The exported artwork includes the 2026 logo and needs a fresh export for a later edition.
