Overview
teamwas graded two ways for the same setup - a big company names its execs but nobody's named for the VPN itself. Some files said public, some partial. The rule now: public when the company that actually runs the VPN names its leadership, partial when only a parent further up (or a lone founder) is named. That moves eight to public: Trend Micro, G DATA and Norton (each sold by the company that names its execs), and Hotspot Shield, VPN 360, Betternet, Touch VPN and UltraVPN (Pango's own policies call them Pango divisions, and Pango names its leadership).
The rest stay partial, as the people named sit above the company that runs it (Kape over Intego and ExpressVPN, Ziff Davis over IPVanish and StrongVPN, Gen over Avast's Czech company, Point Wild over TotalAV and OVPN, and so on), or only one person's named (Kaspersky, McAfee).
