- .claude/settings.json: allow git rm, git mv, gh run rerun, bun run release and its dry run. - AGENTS.md: subscribe to PR activity and drive to green, pick a recommended reversible option, record clips yourself, rewrite stale PR bodies, gate bun run release on 'cut the release'.
