The automated PR #17 faithfully reflected the source page but produced unreadable fact entries: a 600-char section-directory dump (which mixed in left-navigation links to sub-pages as if they were in-body sections) and a bare NOT_STATED placeholder that lost previously useful practical knowledge. Rewrite both entries as concise human-readable facts while keeping the verified=2026-09-14 dates and page digests unchanged, so fingerprint-based drift detection is unaffected. Verified: drift watch detect (no actionable), validate_suite (117 files), sensitive scan (0 findings), full test suite 255 OK.
