This PR contains the implementation of the Geo IP blocking feature in the Threat Shield IP firewall section.
Using this feature allows users to block inbound and outbound connections from specific countries.
The UI includes two panels that help users search for and identify countries to block, with filtering and search functionality for easier use.
Users can also choose to block all countries belonging to a specific region, which consists of world regions such as the Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
