ip-address up to 10.7.3 matches an IPv6 zone identifier in quadratic time (moderate). It comes in through express-rate-limit 8.7.1, whose range (^10.2.0) takes 10.7.4: only the lockfile changes. npm audit: 0; tools/verify-fsaunpack.mjs passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
