Description
The support page currently leads with release mechanics and combines runtime and source-build requirements, making common compatibility questions harder to answer.
Lead with four short examples: installing a wheel, upgrading bindings while keeping core, retaining an older driver, and matching headers for a source build. Follow with the supported CUDA versions, bindings-floor table, and separate runtime and source-build rules. Move versioning and release cadence to the end.
Explain the declared floor as a deliberate compatibility baseline that stays fixed for a released wheel, and clarify how a custom build can require newer bindings. Preserve the support policy, dynamic version/floor substitutions, and existing section anchors.
Validation: repository-wide pre-commit; bindings-floor consistency check; standalone Sphinx 8.1.3 build with warnings treated as errors; existing section-anchor and substitution checks. The standalone render does not build the full API documentation.
