Move automatic WoA dispatch out of the main CI job graph and into a standalone nightly schedule.
woa-main-ci.ymlruns daily at 03:17 UTC (17 3 * * *), selecting the latest successful push-triggered CI run onmainthrough the existing lookup helper.Remove
woa-main-dispatchfromci.ymland remove the now-unusedworkflow_calltrigger. WoA is no longer part of main-push or PR CI runs. Keep manual dispatch, including the optional public run ID override for debugging.The resolver checks, main-only guard, serialized concurrency, batch selection, duplicate suppression, and private dispatch protocol are unchanged. A nightly invocation can still skip when the existing selector finds no eligible untested batch. All other public CI jobs and triggers are unchanged.
Validation: actionlint, SPDX, YAML parsing, and
git diff --checkpassed. Compared the parsed workflow configuration against the base to verify the remaining CI jobs and WoA dispatch logic are identical. No live private dispatch was launched.
