Describe the bug
In the Windows CI failing job, many of the tests failed with stack overflow.

Unlike PR #3331 , we don't have an editbin executable to change the default stack size.
How to Reproduce
Run the CI: Coverage action.
Expected behavior
Doesn't fail due to stack overflow.
