Summary

Drop the unused regorus yaml feature. It was removed in #2021 and came back with #3163.

Related Issue

Closes #2018

Changes

  • Remove yaml from regorus features in openshell-supervisor-network.
  • Lockfile drops regorus's serde_yaml edge. kube-client still pulls it, which the issue leaves to a kube upgrade.

Release Notes

Testing

  • Checks appropriate to the affected code and behavior pass
  • Unit tests added/updated (if applicable)
  • E2E tests added/updated (if applicable)

Ran cargo test -p openshell-supervisor-network --lib, cargo check -p openshell-supervisor -p openshell-prover --tests --locked.

Checklist

  • Follows Conventional Commits
  • Commits are signed off (DCO)
  • Architecture docs updated (if applicable)

Nothing uses Rego YAML builtins. Removes regorus's serde_yaml dependency.

@TaylorMutch this is what's left on #2018 besides kube. @SDAChess PTAL, and /ok to test 52e60eed333ac5ba807ed15243de258aef754318 if it looks good. Thank you!
