Remove the legacy ego4robo pipeline from release/1.4.x by deleting src/postprocessing/egocentric_hand_reconstruction, including its Docker setup, reconstruction scripts, mesh generation, quality control, and OSMO workflow.

Remove the corresponding documentation and navigation entry, unused demo images.

Validation: SKIP=check-copyright-year pre-commit run --all-files passed; reference scans found no remaining references to the removed pipeline. make current-docs passed with warnings treated as errors.

Release 1.7 is intentionally excluded.
