This relates to the ongoing upstream incompatibilities between middy/core and aws powertools (see https://nhsd-jira.digital.nhs.uk/browse/AEA-6385). Local testing indicates 2.1.80 will work, so closing this and waiting for the cooldown period (2 more days)
