nui-reflect currently contains a lot of reflection related utilities that are used by many other repositories like gestalt and Terasology. With the introduction of gestalt-serialization, we should be able to identify exactly where the contents of this directory truly belong, but for now it seems that a good place to put all this code would be gestalt-util.
