Teachers can now write focus areas with their own questions directly into an Example's @unosim-tutor block (schema v2: focus, exclusive). The focus becomes an inline-<exampleId> Topic that is selected first and needs no sketch-fact activation, so topics like loops, functions or structs no longer depend on proxy facts.

  • v1 annotations are unchanged; focus in v1 is rejected
  • validator: backticked code terms in focus questions must occur in the sketch (guards against the long/unsigned long class of false premises)
  • SSOT CourseContent updated (explicitly requested)
  • tests: planning without any matching Topic, advancing between focus areas, schema rejections, validator

No prompt, planner, mastery or provider change. No provider calls.

Annotation schema v2 adds focus areas with authored questions and an
exclusive flag. The adapter builds a Topic from them that is selected
before repository Topics and needs no fact activation. The quality
validator rejects backticked code terms that do not occur in the sketch.
