The Fabric Python sandbox image is now Linux-based: - Remove redundant tokenizers wheel install and external artifact (tokenizers ships in the Linux image) - Use the UPLOAD_PATH env var (/app/temp) as the model cache dir instead of the Windows C:\Temp path Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
