Add StreamMediaSource documentation

I have added StreamMediaSource to the .NET MAUI CommunityToolkit MediaElement, which allows media playback from stream (in addition to the existing embedded, file, and URL sources).

This documentation update adds this to the existing MediaElement documentation page.
