Summary

Adding a headless Wasm interface for the unchanged Gods of the Arena simulation. A host supplies config and ordered BASIC sources, advances bounded tick batches, and collects results, replay, and private diagnostics. Each attempt owns fresh Wasm memory.

Pinning Nim 2.2.10, Emscripten 6.0.9, and the existing dependency lock. Native execution retains the same initialization and simulation core. Metta #25431 owns the durable executor on celld and Cloudflare.

Manual Tests

• Twelve frozen Gods 2026.9.24.2 production inputs matched native result JSON and replay bytes. Wasm linear memory ranged from 40 to 88 MiB using the standard allocator.
• All twelve games matched through the final celld HTTP host and through live Cloudflare Durable Objects. The existing browser replay viewer loaded and played an output without errors.
• Final local celld median was 31.4 seconds. Local workerd completed one exact-parity game in 29.9 seconds. Cloudflare's twelve-game median was 134.5 seconds, with a range of 87.6–148.0.
• After the host deadline correction, three paired live reruns matched exactly at 91–146 seconds, versus 49–65 seconds for native Cloudflare containers. The host models roughly $500 per million games versus the earlier $1,550 native-container estimate. The original performance and 10× cost goal was not met.
• The existing native test_gota_sim.nim passed. No game rules, tick budgets, policy limits, or simulation algorithms changed.

The 96 MiB module cap does not establish whole-isolate headroom under Cloudflare concurrency. This remains an execution experiment, not a league rollout.
