26.1.2 has no notable changes in the Minecraft code compared to 26.1.1, so I am surprised that one fails supposedly.
Since we released 26.1 as compatible with all patch versions this doesn't make sense, it should either work on all of them or not.
Also to my knowledge no module has bindings to turn of AutoTool, not even itself.

My best guess is that you have a profile that is set to load on world join that disables it.

Did you watch the video at the link? I’m trying to enable it manually by hands, but it won’t turn on.

I also just tested the meteor-client-26.2-35 file (not the 22), and it doesn’t work there either.

    UPDATE

I installed a clean version of 26.1.2 via official Microsoft Launcher. I installed Fabric 0.19.5 itself.
    AutoTool is working!

I suspect the problem lies in some mod settings.

Where are the Meteor settings located so I can delete them and reset to the defaults?

    UPDATE 2

Yes... I deleted the Meteor folder .minecraft/meteor-client, and the AutoTool started working...

I don't know how a bug occurred in version 26.1.2 that broke the mod's settings.

    Issue is outdated.

Solution: Delete a mod folder meteor-client to reset default settings
