Third-party plugin catalogs now run their own security scan before listing.
hashgraph-online/awesome-ai-pluginsandawesome-codex-pluginsrequire a score of ≥ 80. Running the same scanner (plugin-scanner3.45.0) onmaintoday gives 75/100, which blocks those listings (one was offered to us in #57).What this changes

It was the one unpinned action left after chore: pin GitHub Actions to commit SHAs #42.SECURITY.md, copied from the MetaMask org policy (HackerOne). GitHub shows the org policy, but scanners look for the file in the repo..github/dependabot.ymlforgithub-actionsonly, weekly, so the pinned SHAs stay current..codexignore, which keeps.github/anddocs/out of the Codex plugin bundle.No skill or plugin behavior changes.
