feat: SQLite, SQL Server and MongoDB connections - #23

Browse databases and collections, filter and sort with Extended JSON, and insert, edit or delete documents. Replace and delete require an _id; an unfiltered count uses collection metadata. The explorer closes a client whose connect finishes after the tab closed, and ignores query results that arrive out of order. Connection import now keeps SQLite's filePath and MongoDB's authSource and mongoSrv.

- MongoDB documents cross IPC as canonical Extended JSON (with a relaxed copy for display), and edited documents parse canonically, so saving no longer turns a Double 5.0 into an Int32 or rounds large Int64s. Filters and sorts still parse relaxed. - mongo:connect closes the client if its window closed mid-connect. - SQLite refuses ATTACH and VACUUM INTO, which could read or write files outside the home folder, and opens the symlink-resolved path it checked. - isWithin no longer rejects children named like ..cache.

Adds the remaining database engines from the parity list, so noxed now covers PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite, SQL Server and MongoDB.

dbSqlite.ts, better-sqlite3): opens a database file chosen with a file picker or typed in. Main resolves the path and only opens files inside the home folder (isInsideHome, including symlink resolution).
