fix(refine): README code blocks fit, demo GIF cover, Node 24 actions - #3

checkout v4 -> v7, setup-python v5 -> v7, docker/login-action v3 -> v4. The v4/v5/v3 majors run on Node 20, which the runners now force onto Node 24 with a deprecation warning on every run. …the outcome The "Use it" blocks had comments pushed past GitHub's README width, so they were cut off mid-word; every bash/text line is now at most 80 columns (a test keeps it that way). The terminal GIF now opens with a 2.5 s cover showing the finished run (OVERLAP, exit 3, news, release, claim succeeds) instead of an empty terminal, which is what slow loads and link previews showed before. What
