Closes #22.

Implements docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-04-terminal-redesign-design.md against the signed-off mockup docs/mockups/terminal-v5/10-s2-vscode-grouped.html.

What changes

Dark-only, strictly monochrome, square workbench: title bar with breadcrumb, collapsible labelled sidebar (Ctrl+B, remembered), files table with the result arrow on the size/result split and NN%(Ns) progress, Options / Preview / Info inspector, status bar.
Options split into one grouped settings file per verb; estimate card; OUTPUT > Location (new optional engine outDir, collision safety unchanged).
Remaining-seconds estimate for non-ffmpeg jobs; per-row and batch size estimates.
Settings view (sidebar order and visibility, tool status); Completed as a read-only table.
Fixes: archive from-pdf page quality now reaches the engine; Completed delete works from the Completed tab; vitest workers no longer share one userData temp folder.

Owner checks O1 to O10 are built as proposed in spec section 5 (O7: Location shipped, If file exists fixed, Naming and Keep metadata deferred).

Verification

npm test 511/511, typecheck, lint, prettier --check, build, test:e2e 42 passed (1 visual spec skipped unless FILESMITH_SHOTS=1): all green.
Every plan task was implemented and then approved by a separate reviewer, followed by a whole-branch review.
Installed dist/Filesmith-Setup-x64-0.5.0.exe locally; it reports 0.5.0 and launches with the new UI.

The files toolbar keeps only Add files and the count. Row actions move to a right-click menu (Open, Show in File Explorer, Retry, Stop, Clear finished, Remove from list, Delete) that acts on the selection, with disabled states, counts in labels and arrow-key navigation. Delete recycles the source files after a confirm. Preview and Info no longer show a file for a multi-selection; the Delete key now confirms before removing.
