Criação da entidade Member, da classe de teste de membro e um Enum que representa os possíveis cargos para um membro.
O teste está bem completo, com 34 funções.
No MemberFunctionEnum por enquanto só constam dois possíveis cargos: Redacao e Marketing. É necessário alinhar quais os cargos possíveis e adicionar na classe. Avaliar se será necessário permitir que o admin adicione cargos manualmente.
