Each verify.py asserted the working-tree selected kappa (60403/20000000, 23/10000 or older), and four hashed provenance rows against the working tree. SOURCES.json already marks certificates/selected-result.json as provenance, which scripts/research_package.py checks at base_commit, so every frontier change broke these replays. Results, pins and evidence are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

rank7-v45-margin and selected-record-parse-cache were missed by CrocSwap#5410 because their TASK.json author field is "jwr". Both pinned the selected record (and rank7 the family-status page) as live inputs, so every frontier change broke them. The pins become provenance, checked at base_commit by scripts/research_package.py. The parse-cache payload is still the live record; its one-digit mutation no longer hard-codes the old decimal. Results are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Publish abstract profile hypotheses, sanitized conditional price projection and normalized6^t proof only. Preserve public Powers/comparator origins; exclude unreleased physical programs.
These verifiers pinned certificates/selected-result.json as a live input, so every frontier change broke them. Each SOURCES.json row becomes provenance (checked at base_commit by scripts/research_package.py), the stale live hash checks are removed, and each live read is replaced by the pinned record's value, so every downstream check is unchanged. Results are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Exact rational certificates and quantified gross-integer mixed-budget proof; public PR5418 model with separate origin. No pricing, physical data or full compiler admission.

Prepared for @CubeJerry with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Credit Matarener's PR5285 census, eumemic's source geometry/generator, and DreamingOfClouds' PR589 word. No new kappa.

Change and mathematical scope
This PR adds comprehensive PR intake evidence documentation and frontier checkpoint certificates for five pull requests (4359, 4416, 4470, 4610, 5413). The changes include:
Additional changes:
pr-intake-decisions.jsonwith intake decisions for these PRsagent-task-catalog.jsonandpr-intake-checkpoint.jsonwith current statuscurrent-priorities.md,current-status.md,README.md,CONTRIBUTORS.mdStatus: Audit and tooling - Evidence collection and validation for multiple PR intake decisions.
Task and overlap
Base commit: Latest research state with multiple concurrent PR intake processes.
Scope: Unchanged - This is documentation and evidence collection for existing PR intake decisions, not a change to the core research hypotheses.
The changes consolidate evidence from parallel PR review processes (4359, 4416, 4470, 4610, 5413) into a unified checkpoint state. Each PR's evidence is independently validated through its own test suite and replay mechanisms.
Validation
Evidence validation is embedded in each PR's documentation:
All evidence files are JSON/log formatted with schema versioning for reproducibility.
Credit
This work consolidates evidence from the research team's parallel PR intake processes. Source licenses retained in all certificates and evidence files.

Workflow feedback
The parallel evidence collection process worked well for independent PRs. Consider automating the consolidation of evidence files into checkpoint certificates to reduce manual coordination overhead.
