# Repository Maintenance Recovery Log

## Summary of Completed Maintenance Tasks
The following tasks were previously verified and completed locally, but no automated PR was targeted:

1. **Test Verification of Clean Branches:**
- **PR #370 (`agent-maintenance-todo-cleanup-16753839092582531381`)**: Backend test suite (`pytest`) and `ruff` checks passed cleanly. The TODO refactoring (enforcing `owner=agent` tags) is sound.
- **PR #372 (`fix/trusted-proxy-late-binding-917366035391238728`)**: Backend test suite (`pytest`) and `ruff` checks passed cleanly. The dynamic `RateLimitMiddleware` property bindings successfully bypass import-time variable anchoring in tests.

2. **Conflict De-escalation:**
- Evaluated the state of PRs #283, #290, and #346.
- Confirmed that UX semantic updates via #283 were superseded and successfully merged directly into `main` via `9a97d61 refactor(frontend): use semantic ul/li for ActivityTimeline (#299)`.
- Maintained strict instruction not to mutate the divergent or conflicting trees dynamically to prevent further context fragmentation.

3. **Status:**
- The verified maintenance PRs (#370, #372) are fully mergeable and should be manually merged to bring `main` into a pristine state.
- This output concludes the repository maintenance recovery.
