Plexo can now share a public file download across trusted computers on a local network. A host creates a join code; helpers review the file, choose an internet interface and data allowance, and contribute pieces. The host reclaims unfinished pieces if a helper leaves and publishes the assembled file after transfer checks and an optional publisher SHA-256 check.

Adds Host/Join screens with progress and contribution totals, bounded LAN requests, expiring chunk leases, cleanup on stop/quit, and setup documentation. The existing solo downloader remains available in its own tab.

This is an explicitly labeled preview: IPv4 LAN pairing, strong-ETag ranged sources, one stream per participant, and trusted helpers/networks only. LAN traffic is not encrypted; Together sessions do not resume after restart. There are no new dependencies.

Validation: typecheck, lint, formatting and diff checks; real two-window Electron UI flow against a local HTTP origin, exact output SHA-256 and per-participant attribution; tests for helper budgets, graceful and abandoned leases, wrong hashes, malformed/duplicate uploads, changed sources and shutdown cleanup. Physical two-computer throughput has not been measured.

Test results: the combined Together + existing smoke run passed 91 of 92 tests. The remaining settings test exposed duplicate destination text in the inactive Together panel; inactive markup is now omitted while session state stays mounted. The focused rerun passed all 3 tests (both settings scenarios and the two-window Together flow). All 10 Together scenarios passed. Typecheck, lint, formatting and diff checks pass.
