Count a visitor only when they opened a page - #119

Conversation
A visitor was counted with the first request of the day from anything that named a browser, page or not, so scanners that send a browser's agent and guess paths (/contact, /staff, /.well-known/security.txt) counted as visitors without opening anything. genhttp.org showed 1,408 visitors against 1,244 page views. A visitor is now a person who opened a page, counted with the first page they opened that day, so there are never more visitors than page views.
