…latform 3.4) Rebased onto upstream master (incl. Locastic#75 'Update dependency for API Platform V4 and Symfony V7.4', which clears Symfony 7 + PHP 8.4 deprecations). Relax api-platform to ^3.0 || ^4.0 and doctrine-bundle to ^2.18 || ^3.0 so Routy can consume it on api-platform 3.4 + doctrine-bundle 3. CI workflow dropped (push without workflow OAuth scope).
