支持在 Windows 任务计划程序中管理多条每日计划。每条计划可独立选择运行时间、子脚本和运行选项，子脚本配置共用；旧每日计划和原系统任务入口继续兼容。计划同时触发时，后触发的计划跳过并记录日志。

Qt 和 Rust 界面支持增删改、复制、脚本选择及状态提示。配置保存失败时恢复系统任务实际快照；失效脚本选择可以逐项移除。无控制台的 pythonw 计划任务也能进入计划执行并记录日志。

验证：

• Windows 管理员权限下使用隔离配置注册真实定时任务，由 Windows 自动触发 pythonw 入口，经真实 Runner 执行选中的假脚本，退出码为 0；测试任务已清理。运行选项禁用清场、关机、声音与邮件。
• 真实 Windows 系统任务回滚验证通过；Rust 交互和 Qt 断线重连验证通过。
• 后端计划与入口相关 99 项测试、Rust 全量测试、Ruff 和格式检查通过。
• Windows 本机 Python 全量测试存在符号链接权限及既有子进程测试问题，Ubuntu CI 负责完整验证。

已知限制：多个进程同时修改同一个 schedule.yml 时仍可能覆盖彼此的设置。完整修复需要统一保护所有读改写入口，本 PR 尚未解决。
