Summary

  • Prepare the explicitly approved v0.24.0 release; align package metadata and citation date.
  • Publish reviewed upgrade notes for explanations, opt-in safeguard review/PR comments, workflow-only setup, source identity and path/regression hardening.
  • Synchronize English, Simplified and Traditional core usage/limitations with release availability; pin both localized overview examples to v0.24.0 and retain historical translation/research provenance.
  • Preserve default permissions, scoring contracts and existing artifacts. This does not contact external maintainers or claim independent accuracy/adoption.

Verification

  • Documentation parity/link checks: 5 passed.
  • Release workflow/version/notes contracts: 8 passed.
  • Full local source suite: 430 tests, 424 passed and 6 platform skips.
  • Wheel and sdist built at 0.24.0; no runtime dependencies; all 16 wheel modules match source. Runtime-source fingerprint: 7060161886a6e0501af31dd7e6495f31523627a1d12e5aefda6992e7b20d98ab.
  • Installed-wheel end-to-end acceptance: passed, including scoped workflow replacement and exact custom-policy preservation.
  • Exact-head GitHub CI: all checks passed across Python 3.10–3.14 and Linux/Windows/macOS.
  • Local demo remains F 56; repository scan remains A 100, neither is an accuracy claim.

Publication is separate: after exact-commit CI passes, dispatch the existing release workflow to build/test once, publish verified distributions to GitHub/PyPI and update rolling v0. Older version tags and frozen research records stay unchanged.
