I build property operations software — visual workflows, an AI assistant with human review, and the TypeScript product those teams actually run.
Most of my time goes into Innflow — an AI property-operations platform. Operators model a recurring job as a workflow (trigger → conditions → actions → review), then agents prepare the next step with the right records attached instead of chatting into the void.
Before that I shipped client products: a house sitting app, a custom storefront, and a one-prompt website builder for CTR. Same shape every time — a real product, not a demo.

- Shipping Innflow: workflows, assistant, and the operator workspace
- Next.js / TypeScript across the product and innflow.ai
- Turning client briefs into production apps (auth, data, payments, deploy)
