Use the verbatim Apache License 2.0 text - #9

The previous LICENSE reworded several clauses (the Work, Contribution and Contributor definitions and the patent grant), so it was not the Apache-2.0 license and GitHub reported NOASSERTION. Datadog's OSS policy requires the license template. Datadog's copyright stays in NOTICE.

What does this PR do?
Replaces LICENSE with the unmodified Apache License 2.0 text, the same template GitHub serves at
/licenses/apache-2.0.The previous file reworded several clauses (the definitions of Work, Contribution and Contributor, and the patent grant), so it was not actually Apache-2.0 and GitHub reported the license as NOASSERTION. Datadog's copyright stays in NOTICE.
Check:
diff <(gh api licenses/apache-2.0 --jq .body) LICENSEis empty. After merge, GitHub should reportApache-2.0.Part of preparing conduit for transfer to the DataDog organization as an open source repository.
