Summary: Adds a docs-only reviewer/demo package under docs/demo. Includes a demo README, 7-10 minute recorded-demo script, safe live-demo runbook, Pacu/PMapper comparison matrix, and one-page public narrative. Positioning: IAMScope is not an exploitation framework like Pacu and not a full replacement for PMapper; it is an evidence-grade IAM finding workflow with verdicts, required checks, blockers, collection_context, capability honesty, replay, human labels, owner-confirmation, and bounded non-claims. Validation: targeted demo grep passed; account and ARN hygiene scans clean; Terraform/raw artifact scan clean; scripts/check.sh passed; scripts/test_fast.sh 2069 passed; git diff --check passed.
