Summary: Updates the real-pilot dev-001 human-review summary with the final calibrated replay after PR #76. Records 18 findings, 18 validated, 15 cross_account_trust, 3 admin_reachability, final labels of 14 valid_path, 3 expected_benign, and 1 needs_more_evidence, with 5 owner_confirmed labels. Notes the three admin_reachability rows moved from inconclusive to validated under the narrow safe rule, and preserves non-claims and local-only artifact boundaries. Validation: targeted greps passed; account and ARN hygiene scans clean; Terraform/raw artifact scan clean; scripts/check.sh passed; scripts/test_fast.sh 2069 passed; git diff --check passed.
